/ 3 hours awake at night
x 3 to 4 hours sleep at night (x 4 weeks)
+ 1.5 hours of daytime nap

    Ahh...

    I hope you start to feel better.

    We are praying that Shifrah will sleep longer- and that you will too!

    I hope you feel a little less moody and you start to have a better, more peaceful, schedule! :-)
