Since the last house update, the Bank has since assigned a negotiator to the case, confirmed that they have received all the necessary paperwork to move forward and conducted an appraisal on the house.
Today we requested our Leasing Office for an extension on our lease and it was granted! So, we are praising God that we don't have the hassle of moving twice. We are so thankful for the grace of our friends and family to offer a place for us to stay during the transition, but we are also thankful to our God for granting us grace with our Leasing Company to allow us to remain for one more month while the details of our house come together. That really alleviates a lot of temptation for anxiety.
