We received word a few days ago that our case has moved up the totem pole from the realtor to the negotiator and now sits in the lap of the Bank's approver! We're very excited! This is the last Bank representative before drawing up something formal for the Buyer (us) and the Seller for a closing contract! Yay! We are told that it may take as little as a week or as much as a month to hear back, but this is one of the last steps in the short-sale process.
I keep picturing how we would lay out the house, what would go where. And I keep thinking about hosting people, the fellowship get-togethers we would have and specifically the girls' joint birthday party in December.
