Jeramy and I are all ready to go sign the closing contract and move in to our new home. Friday, however, Jeramy gets a suspicious email about signing some last minute documents ASAP which indicated a larger amount than anticipated that we must bring to the closing. :-0
Then Jeramy got a call about an appraisal on the house. It's because of this that might push the closing date a day or two back from what we planned. An appraisal took place on Saturday and if the appraiser gets the paperwork to the Bank by today, then we close tomorrow. If not, then it gets pushed back. :-( That paperwork also determines the amount of cash money we need to bring to the closing.
Well, Mrs. Anderson, Jeramy and I have all packed up the house and are ready to go on Wednesday if we can. Hopefully everything will work out . . . and if it doesn't I pray for God's grace to deal with last minute changes graciously. :-)
